Dining Duos
We are now DINING DUOS. We had more than half the group vote on the name. From the first 8 uninfluenced choices, 4 people chose Dining Duos and their first choice. The other 4 choose 4 different names. So when we went for an informed influenced vote, it was unanimous.
February group met at The Little Bar in Goodland.
At the last luncheon, we discovered some discrepancies in the sign up. It's possible we have 3 ladies that signed up a while ago that have not been getting our emails. We will be contacting them individually to apologize and see if they want to join us. We also have 2 other ladies on the waitlist.
Our next outing:
Date: Monday March 13, 2017
Time: 4:30 – closing of the gates – about
7:30 pm
Where: At the picnic tikki nuts near the
children’s play area (close to the entrance)
Here is how our
picnic will work:
-Bob and Mary will purchase and bring for everyone the following:
-Paper plates, plastic cutlery, cups, napkins, charcoal,
mustard, ketchup
-Raw chicken and sausages to cook on the grills
-We will total up those costs and divide by the number
attending. I will let you know in
advance what you will need to contribute to those costs.
Everyone is asked to
bring the following:
-BYOB
-Lawn chairs
-if you have a cooler, please bring it with some ice to
either keep food or drinks cool.
-In addition to helping pay for the items above, we are all
asked to bring: either an appetizer, salad or dessert for 12 people. Please email me in advance what you
plan to bring so we reduce duplications.
Before the BBQ – I will send you all what looks like a final list of
what is being brought by whom.
