The plan is to meet once a month at a restaurant usually on the
1st Tuesday of the month - YEAR ROUND.
The first event was Dec 6th at the Marco Brewery for a MEET & GREET, followed by dinner if possible. Jan Davis organized that Dec 6th event.
The event coordinator supplies everyone with all the details and then you can RSVP to her.
We have someone set up for organizing the first 6 events already. If you know of a month you will be here, please let Ruth know which month you would like to organize. We are set for each of our 12 members to do a month. With the number of full-time people, everything should work out perfectly. The criteria for picking a restaurant is that they must be willing to do separate checks and have an area where we can be together (either reservations or a section).
For our first meet and greet, Ruth printed up name tags for the male counterparts and ladies please wear your Newcomers name tags. If Ruth is attending and the hostess reminds her, she will continue this. If Ruth is unable to attend, you can do the same or ask Ruth and pick it up before the event.
